Stefan Vranckx
Director Public Affairs
Stefan Vranckx is a public affairs professional with over 17 years of experience. He started his first public affairs role at Baxter, as Manager Government Affairs Benelux (1993), with an additional assignment to develop a European strategy for pricing and reimbursement for a new innovative medicine. After six years with Baxter, he joined Becton Dickinson as Director Health Policy Europe, followed by a position in European Public Affairs and later on International Public Affairs at GlaxoSmithKline.
As Director External Relations International, Stefan focused much of his time on trade barriers in Asia Pacific, Middle East and North Africa, working closely with the European Commission and other European and international stakeholders.
In 2006 he became head of Government Affairs Middle East and North Africa, based in Dubai. On 7 December 2009, Stefan joined Eucomed as Director Public Affairs.
